What does the position entail?

We are now looking for a course developer on an hourly basis who will work on the development of courses in health and care as well as children and leisure. The work is remote and the scope varies based on the needs of the organization.

Your tasks may include:

  • Developing, revising, and quality assuring course content for distance education
  • Creating pedagogical course designs, assignments, and assessment materials
  • Ensuring that course materials comply with applicable governing documents and requirements in adult education
  • Adapting content based on accessibility, target audience, and distance pedagogical principles
  • Collaborating with teachers, principals, and quality functions in the development work

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in distance education and course development, who enjoys working independently in a flexible and changing organization. You have a structured approach, good pedagogical understanding, and the ability to translate governing documents and goals into clear and actionable course designs.

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in education and learning. With good communication skills, you collaborate well with different functions and actively contribute to the development of the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in course development and/or teaching in health and care and/or children and leisure
  • Documented experience in distance education or distance-based educational designs
  • Good digital competence and experience working with learning platforms
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliveries

Meritorious

  • Experience in municipal adult education (Komvux)
  • Pedagogical education or teaching background
  • Experience in accessibility adaptations and inclusive pedagogy
  • Experience in quality assurance or development work in education
  • Nursing degree

  • Scope: approx. 20-40 hours per week
